

KEYHOLDERS
The Keyholders Committee leads the planning and execution of SteerFW’s annual Keyholder Program, designed to cultivate and connect emerging leaders in Fort Worth. We focus on creating impactful experiences, fostering meaningful relationships, and empowering participants to grow personally and professionally. Our goal is to build a strong, engaged network of future changemakers.
Our Team.
Candice Puente is a 2023 graduate of the SteerFW Keyholders Program and has served on the Board since 2023. She previously served on the Membership Committee and now contributes her leadership to the Keyholders Committee, helping guide future cohorts through the program she once completed. Professionally, Candice works as a Project Coordinator at Quorum Architects, collaborating with the Multi-Family Housing team to support housing authorities in navigating code compliance, funding challenges, and construction project management. Beyond SteerFW, Candice serves as a Board Member for LGBTQ Saves, is an Action Ambassador for the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, a Leadership Fort Worth LeadingEdge Class of 2024 graduate, and a member of Fort Worth Forum. She also shares her passion for music and entertainment throughout Fort Worth as DJ CP.

Madison Owen graduated from the Keyholders Class of 2024 and currently serves on the Board with the Keyholders Committee. She previously served on the Marketing Committee. She is the Development Manager at the Fort Worth Public Library Foundation and is passionate about literacy, philanthropy, and strengthening community institutions. Madison’s favorite part of SteerFW is meeting neighbors from all walks of life who are invested in shaping the future of Fort Worth. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and participating in Silent Book Club Fort Worth
