​Jessica Marbut has been involved with SteerFW since 2022. After volunteering at several SteerFW events, she sought deeper involvement to give back to Fort Worth and connect young professionals passionate about civic engagement. As Chair, Jessica leads volunteer and oversees engagement initiatives, and works to ensure members feel connected to both the organization and the city. Professionally, Jessica is a Senior Sales Executive with Marriott International, representing Texas and Mid-West group sales accounts for The Westin Maui and Sheraton Maui resorts. A graduate of Leadership Fort Worth’s LeadingEdge program, she brings relationship-building expertise and strategic outreach to her role. Born and raised in Fort Worth, Jessica is passionate about serving her hometown community and raising her family here.
